The role
When a client has their offer accepted on a property, they've reached the absolute peak of their buying journey.
But the experience that follows exchange is just as important.
The post-purchase journey to where the client takes the keys is where deals can wobble, emotions can spike, and a brilliant buying journey can unravel.
Up to 20% of our Buyer's Agents' time is spent post-exchange, navigating this complex, detail-dense phase.
That part of the customer journey needs its own specialist – someone whose full-time job is to protect the win, keep the process tight, and ensure every single client finishes strong.
That's where you come in.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for clients from exchange to settlement
Coordinate all parties involved from exchange to settlement including inspectors, conveyancers, brokers, agents and internal teams
Manage the full suite of post-exchange activities including property reports, contract reviews, finance progress and key operational milestones
Communicate proactively so clients always know what's happening and what's next
Spot risks early and take swift action to resolve issues before they escalated
Ensure every document, deadline and compliance requirement is met accurately and on time
Skills You Bring
Client excellence: build trust quickly and communicate with clarity.
Experience in account management, real estate or sales is a strong advantage
Detail-obsessed: catch inconsistencies, track deadlines precisely and don't let anything slip
Process-driven: thrive in structured workflows and bring consistency and rigour to every step
Deep ownership: run your work end-to-end, move with urgency and don't wait to be asked
Stakeholder coordination: comfortable managing multiple parties and keeping everyone aligned
