About the Role

Responsibilities
* Candidate Management: Interview, manage, and nurture candidate relationships.
* Client Interaction: Meet with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting partnerships.
* Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
* Business Development: Proactively seek out new clients and expand our network.
* Team Collaboration: Work within a supportive and high‑achieving team.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience: Experience in a sales recruitment role is preferred, but not essential.
* Background in a sales environment or a corporate setting looking to transition into sales recruitment.
* Interest: Excitement collaborating with businesses in tech, SaaS, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
* Attributes: Self‑motivated, energetic, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people.
