Job Title: Aged Care Registered Nurse
A boutique aged care facility is seeking a part-time or casual registered nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will have AHPRA registration, a Criminal Record Check, and be available for shifts on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities:
* Assess individual care needs of residents and provide nursing interventions as required
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records of patient care
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery
