The Diabetes Alliance Program Plus (DAP+) is a collaborative program designed to improve diabetes care through specialist outreach and integrated models of care within the primary care sector. This position is based at Wisteria House, James Fletcher Campus. You will work closely within a multidisciplinary team supporting Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, Managers, and other Administration and Support Officers, all committed to excellence and cultural respect. About the Role
We are seeking a capable and organised Administrative Officer to join our dynamic DAP+ team. This role is the operational engine room supporting face‐to‐face and virtual case conference clinic administration, maintaining system accuracy, patient and customer service, education administration, data extraction and collection, and ensuring the team runs smoothly behind the scenes.
* Providing general administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements, timesheet and leave/payroll processing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Working under limited direction to prioritise and monitor workflow to ensure activities, projects and tasks are completed according to urgency
* Preparing reports, documents, newsletters and complex correspondence
* Organising and providing secretariat support for meetings and committees, including agendas and minutes
* Coordinating meeting rooms and video/teleconferencing facilities
* Providing professional reception services to manage internal and external enquiries
* Monitoring billing quality control and waitlist management
* Supporting procurement processes and maintaining accurate patient and program data
Your initiative, attention to detail, high‐level technical skills and ability to juggle competing priorities will be essential to driving efficiency and outcomes across this busy health portfolio.
