Job Description
Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests.
As a Porter, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
* Carrying luggage.
* Valet parking guest vehicles.
* Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
* Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
* Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
* Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.
You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus (but not limited to):
* Ability to lift sometimes heavy luggage.
* Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
* Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous.
* Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol and
* C Class Driver's Licence (Manual).
