What You Will Lead Design, develop and seasonally refresh menus that reflect the Hotel Elite culinary vision Oversee all kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events Lead, mentor and manage the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of precision and passion Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times Manage food costs, supplier relationships and inventory to hit budgetary targets Collaborate with the F&B and hotel management team on events, promotions, and guest experiences Uphold the highest standards of plating, presentation, and service delivery Qualification & experience Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution Minimum 3 years of experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role in a hotel or high-volume kitchen Proven ability to recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team Current Food Safety certification (e.g., Food Handler's Certificate, HACCP training) Strong menu development skills with knowledge of contemporary culinary trends Competent in cost control, stock management and kitchen administration systems
