What you'll do:
* Build partnerships with community groups, training providers and referral networks
* Represent CBH at expos, info sessions and local events
* Capture and create stories from clients, carers and staff
* Plan and lead community-focused content creation for social, email and campaigns
* Brief and guide our digital and creative team on tone and priorities
* Oversee in-person brand touchpoints (such as merchandise and customer packs)
* Support website updates and service launches
* Balance brand building with lead generation and referral growth

* Healthcare, aged care or NDIS experience is a strong advantage
* This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with senior leadership.

What we need from you:
* PASSION for people, community and storytelling
* PASSION for content creation and brand building
* PASSION for curiosity about who you speak to and what we do
* Analytical mindset with basic understanding of Meta and Google Analytics (Read-Only)
* Strong knowledge of social media and content trends
* Basic to intermediate Canva or Adobe skills
* A formal marketing qualification is highly regarded
