About the Role: This leadership position will see you working as second-in-command to the Village Manager in an 88-bed facility. Your clinical expertise will be essential in driving high standards of care and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will lead a team of Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering person-centred care.
