The opportunity
We are seeking a friendly and professional permanent part-time receptionist to join the team at Karrinyup Waters Resort.
The advertised role is for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday approximately 24 hours from 10 am till 6 pm.
As a part-time receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of our front‑of‑house operations.
Key responsibilities
* Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
* Handling inquiries and booking requests, either in person, over the phone, or via email
* Checking guests in and out, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
* Providing information about the resort's facilities and local attractions
* Assisting with the management of the resort's inventory and supplies
* Performing other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or front‑of‑house role, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office
* A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
