Optometrist Role
As an Optometrist in our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyser, Non-contact tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS and OCT.
You will understand the lives behind the eyes and identify how we can help maximise a customer's lifestyle enjoyment factor with appropriate eyecare, while providing the highest level of tailored customer service.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Performing eye examinations for a diverse range of customers
* Confidently recommending lens solutions based on customer lifestyles
* Clearly explaining lens technology and communicating the features and benefits of lens products to customers
* Guiding and mentoring Graduate Optometrists in the usage and recommendation of technology to customers
* Working with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to drive Eyecare revenue growth
