The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Content Sales team, ensuring seamless commercialization of the BBC Studios program catalogue. This position involves managing the yearly pipeline document, tracking and reporting local transmission dates, preparing availability lists, and creating standard deal contracts.

Key Responsibilities
">
* Track and manage content availability, including returning series and renewal opportunities, to ensure accurate rights and clearance information for programming offered in the territory.
* Coordinate UK transmission notifications and material delivery dates, keeping the Content Sales team and clients informed, and track and report local transmission dates to relevant internal business units.
* Prepare and distribute availability lists and program packages in collaboration with Sales Leads.
* Create and finalize standard deal contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal review requirements for nominated partners.
* Cultivate strong relationships with the finance department to ensure accurate accounting and invoicing practices.
* Foster a deep understanding of the processes and costs associated with supplying broadcast materials, classification, and captioning/audio files to clients, communicating these details to Sales Leads for informed deal negotiations and delivery.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the processes for supplying marketing and promotional assets to support broadcast needs, working closely with Sales Planning and Support Manager.
* Coordinate technical and promotional materials for timely and efficient delivery to clients, meeting their deadlines.
* Update sales systems and trackers with offer, contract, and transmission details.
* Maintain a client database and online filing system for offers, contracts, and correspondence.
* Provide coverage for other members of the Content Sales Team and support across the wider organization as required.

Requirements

* Proven office administration experience, preferably in a sales environment or media company.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage conflicting deadlines.
* Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
* Process-driven individual with great attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
