Data Entry and Rego Clerk

Surf Toyota, located on the beautiful Tweed Coast and now operating under new ownership, is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry and Rego Clerk to join our growing team.
As a valued member of our dealership, you’ll work closely with our experienced registration staff and vehicle delivery team in a fast-paced, supportive, and family-owned environment. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations, coordination of logistics, and maintaining compliance with all administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and process new and used vehicle registrations with relevant authorities
* Manage vehicle documentation and compliance paperwork
* Liaise with internal departments including sales, service, and delivery
* Track registration status and maintain accurate records
* Assist with general administration duties within the delivery department
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience in vehicle registrations is preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A proactive and positive \"can-do\" attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Confident communication skills and a professional demeanor
