We are looking for someone with a fun, engaging and service focused attitude for:
* The Wine Bar – a dynamic, bar service venue offering wines and shared plates.
* The Lawns – fast-paced, energetic outdoor service with a relaxed vibe.
Whether your passion is casual dining, buzzing wine and beer service, or fast-paced outdoor venues, we have a role that will suit your skills and energy.
Full availability Thursday–Monday is preferred.
The Gig:
* Work with the MONA food & beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality experiences;
* Confident in operating point of sale systems;
* Provide beverage service to patrons in accordance with RSA guidelines;
* Physically fit to perform set up and close down procedures;
* Deliver food, beverage, and guest experiences and offers;
* Deliver and support our Zero Trash philosophy and practice;
* Understand and respect safe work practices and procedures.
The You:
* 2 - 3 years experience in food and/or beverage service;
* A strong focus on visitor experience and customer service;
* A positive, professional, and friendly attitude;
* Must hold a current, valid Responsible Service Alcohol (RSA);
* Stay calm under pressure, work well in a fast-paced environment;
* The ability to work effectively within a team, supporting the entire food and beverage operation;
* Availability and flexibility over trading days (particularly Thursday - Monday);
* Bartending skills and cocktail experience are welcome.
