The Role
This role is responsible for supporting product planning, launches and ongoing portfolio management across Medacta's Hip & Knee product range.
* Assist with new product launches, including materials, education, campaigns and market readiness
* Support development and execution of marketing plans aligned to business and portfolio strategy
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth
* Support preparation of tenders, regulatory submissions and hospital approvals
* Assist in the delivery of training, education programmes and internal capability development
* Coordinate and support events, conferences and learning activities, including post‐event analysis
About You
* Degree in science, healthcare, engineering or a related discipline
* Experience within medical devices, healthcare or hospital environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Commercially aware with analytical and problem‐solving capability
