What's the role?
We're seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join our regional Queensland teams on a 2:1 FIFO roster. Fly from Townsville or Rockhampton and work across busy kitchen operations preparing high-volume, nutritious meals for mining village residents.
* Prepare and deliver meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services
* Maintain food safety standards and HACCP compliance
* Work collaboratively in a high-performing kitchen team
* Support quality and consistency across services

Who are we looking for?
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
* Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
* FIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essential
* Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Flexible team player with strong communication skills
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
* Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship
Working on-site means 11-hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
