**About the Role**:
The Human Resources Officer position at Redbank Plains State High School will work closely with Senior Leaders and Staff in all matters of Human Resources for teaching & non-teaching staff.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Providing operational support and advice on a range of human resource matters to enable informed decision making.
- Monitoring human resources service delivery to identify efficiencies and to ensure compliance with governmental and departmental legislation, directives, policies, and standards.
- Researching and analysing human resource practices, in collaboration with the Business Manager, to enable informed decision making for the resolution of operational issues and the adoption of best practice.
- Operating effectively as part of a team and establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with staff and the school community.
- Coordinating and administering effective and efficient human resource processes and functions which may include tasks such as timesheet management, relief teachers, recruitment and employee lifecycle support, leave management, employment conditions.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all correspondence and administrative documents.
This role would suit an HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment or someone with demonstrated experience in HR operations within an educational setting.
