The Role
We're looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer ready to make an impact in designing and developing client‑based solutions for critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Engineering Design & Analysis: Assist the Senior Engineer in carrying out design calculations and equipment selection for building services projects (HVAC, Electrical).
Site Audits & Data Collection: Attend site visits to conduct engineering audits, verify existing site conditions, identifying risks, and gather data required for tender submissions and detailed design.
Project Management Support: Assist in the day‑to‑day management of projects helping to ensure tasks are tracked and schedules are maintained.
Tender & Proposal Preparation: Support the tendering team by compiling technical documentation, reviewing client specifications, and helping to produce comprehensive Tender Proposals.
Contractor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure works are delivered to quality and safety standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of critical project documents, including Scope of Works, Safety in Design registers, Tender Proposals, pricing documents, detailed design drawings etc.
What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Full Australian working rights.
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
While training will be provided, prior knowledge or experience with the following software will be highly regarded:
Microsoft Office Suite.
CAD Software.
Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.
Microsoft Project for the Web.
