The role of a Human Resources Officer is to provide comprehensive transactional and advisory services to line managers and caregivers, supporting them throughout their employment lifecycle.
* An ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a suite of hospitals/services within an allocated portfolio to ensure timely, effective and efficient service delivery that meets customers' needs, legislative requirements and corporate standards.
This role involves assessing and processing various changes to existing caregiver positions/conditions, parental leave, resignations, reporting relationships and costings. The successful candidate will also complete all relevant payroll documentation in accordance with agreed schedules.
