The Opportunity
We are seeking an economist or analyst to join our growing team, based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, with immediate commencement available. This role is open to strong recent graduates as well as early-career professionals with up to five years’ experience in economics, property, consulting or a related analytical field.

The role provides early exposure to high-profile property and development projects, working closely with experienced Principals, Senior Consultants and Analysts. You will be supported through structured mentoring, regular feedback and hands-on learning, with management actively focused on helping team members grow while balancing professional and personal priorities.

About You
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
• Completion or near completion of a degree in economics, property economics, business, statistics, demography, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear written analysis, charts and tables
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine willingness to learn
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• An interest in property markets, urban economics or development advisory work
Prior work experience is beneficial but not essential. Capability, curiosity and attitude are key.
The Role
As an Economist / Analyst, you will support senior team members across a range of projects by:
• Collecting, cleaning and managing data from multiple sources
• Undertaking quantitative and market analysis to identify trends, drivers and insights
• Supporting advisory work for government and private sector clients on major projects
• Drafting sections of reports, presentations and technical appendices
• Assisting with the development and refinement of internal tools and analytical processes
Responsibilities and autonomy will increase as skills and experience develop.
