About the Role
The Asset Maintenance Coordinator supports the effective delivery of planned and preventative maintenance across Sundale's facilities, plant and equipment portfolio. This role focuses on PPM scheduling, asset data management, reporting, invoicing and system administration, ensuring safety, compliance and value for money. You'll work closely with the Property & Facilities Manager, Maintenance Managers, team leads and contractors to maintain and continuously improve Sundale's Asset and Maintenance Management system (AMMS).
What You'll Do
* Coordinate the scheduling, monitoring and adjustment of planned and preventative maintenance activities across the portfolio
* Maintain accurate maintenance records in the Asset & Maintenance Management system (AMMS) to ensure confidence in data and reporting
* Support the development and ongoing currency of the asset register, including buildings, plant, equipment and warranties
* Prepare regular asset, maintenance and supplier performance reports to support evidence-based resourcing, expenditure priorities and governance reporting
* Review and verify maintenance invoices for accuracy prior to submission to Accounts Payable
* Coordinate and communicate planned maintenance schedules with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to minimise disruption
* Assist with short- and medium-term lookahead planning (weekly/monthly) and contribute to maintenance and project budget preparation
* Support compliance with WHS, building, safety and regulatory requirements
About You
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
* Able to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management or building operations (aged care, healthcare or similarly complex environments desirable)
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence using maintenance and asset data to support decision-making
* Effective communicator who builds positive working relationships with internal teams and external contractors
* Working knowledge of WHS and maintenance compliance requirements
Requirements
* Certificate III in a Building, Maintenance or Asset Management field or relevant practical experience
* Demonstrated experience using an Asset or Maintenance Management system (AMMS)
* Intermediate computer literacy
* National Police Check
* Pre-employment medical assessment
