OVERVIEW
The Community and Partnerships Coordinator is the "Brand Pulse" and "Creative Voice" of Alf the Label. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you are responsible for bridging the gap between high-level brand storytelling and community data.
This role is not just about community management; it is about strategic influence.
This is a dual-mandate role: Acquisition (Growth) and Retention (Nurture). You aren't just moderating a community; you are engineering it. You will implement viral strategies to attract new members, architect a "white-glove" concierge experience for our elite $800+ High-Value Customers, and lead the charge into the future of Live Commerce.
Working side-by-side with our Founder, you will act as a creative partner to build authority across both brand and personal channels. You are a "Sentiment Miner" who spends time on the front lines of Customer Service to translate raw feedback into high-converting marketing hooks. Core Hours: Full Time, 37.5hrs per week, roster flexible as needed (core hours 9am -3pm)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Architecture & Founder Synergy
Brand & Founder Voice: Own the "Alf" voice across all social copy. You will write with the warmth, wit, and sophistication that defines the brand while working directly with the Founder to develop community-building content for both Alf the Label and her personal channels to build deep trust and authority.
Instagram Growth Engineering: Lead the strategy to drive engagement through interactive Story elements (polls, Q&As), "saveable" educational content, and high-energy reels.
Digital Engagement Loops: Implement "comment-to-DM" strategies (using ManyChat) to drive deeper conversations and conversion directly from social posts.
Private Community Management: Actively moderate the Alf Private Facebook Group. You will implement re-engagement strategies (insider previews, community-led content) and identify "super-users" to create high-engagement moments.
Community Growth, Gifting & Partnerships
Viral Acquisition Strategy: Develop "Why Join" strategies using lead magnets and member-only rewards to compel new customers into our communities. Design referral programs and viral loops to turn current advocates into an acquisition channel.
Discovery Content: Collaborate with the Founder on "Top of Funnel" content designed for shareability that solves specific target-customer pain points.
Influencer & UGC Pipeline: Proactively identify and vet on-brand creators who embody the Alf aesthetic. Lead the Strategic Gifting & Contra program to secure high-quality assets and 5-star reviews.
Partnership Architecture: Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with mid-range luxury brands for audience cross-pollination, ensuring all content is harvested to test in ads.
US PR Synergy: Act as the primary internal liaison for our US PR agency; you will synchronise their media outreach and celebrity/editor gifting strategies with our global commercial calendar to ensure the US market is primed for every major product launch.
High-Value ($800+) Concierge & Customer Intelligence
Tier 3 VIP Nurture: Act as the strategic lead and "White-Glove" Concierge for our most elite customers ($800+ orders and frequent purchasers). You will handle complex Tier 3 requests with a focus on relationship building.
Nurture Architecture: Design bespoke "engagement moments"—personalised check-ins, anniversary gifts, and exclusive pre-access—to maximise Lifetime Value (LTV).
Customer Listening Post: Spend two hours per day in Customer Service channels for "Sentiment Mining." You will identify recurring friction points and spot the next big "Alf Advocates."
Survey & EDM Strategy: Own the Post-Purchase Survey data. Use these insights to develop marketing hooks (e.g., "multi-functional travel") and collaborate with the team on Klaviyo segmentation (e.g., Grande Pouch owners vs. Carabiner Capsule cross-sells)
Live Commerce & Creative Brand Management
Live Shopping Roadmap: Lead the planning and execution of Instagram and Facebook Live Stream events. You own the roadmap, turning our social platforms into real-time digital boutiques.
Live Event Execution: Coordinate the technical and creative flow of Live events, from product selection and "run-of-show" scripts to real-time audience engagement that drives immediate ROI.
Creative Shoot Direction: Oversee shoot management to ensure all campaign imagery is signed off by CEO and explicitly speaks to our target demographic. You own the sourcing of talent and locations that reflect our CEO's vision of an inclusive, luxury aesthetic.
Asset & Reputation QC: Work with the Operations Coordinator to ensure the "Shoot-to-Site" pipeline is conversion-focused. Simultaneously, own the review ecosystem to increase 5-star volume on Google and Shopify.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Exceptional creative copywriting skills with the ability to seamlessly pivot between a sophisticated luxury brand voice and an authentic "Founder" persona.
3+ years of experience in high-end community management or social media strategy, with a proven track record of growing digital tribes (not just moderating them).
Proven experience identifying, vetting, and managing influencer relationships and strategic brand partnerships that deliver measurable UGC and ROI.
The ability to interpret customer data (surveys, purchase history, and Shopify analytics) to identify trends and suggest high-converting audience segments.
Deep technical and strategic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging Live Shopping platforms.
A natural "people person" who thrives on building long-term relationships with high-value VIPs and creative partners.
