About the Role
Join the dynamic team at New Pioneer Motors' as a Used Vehicle Sales Representative. This full-time role is based in our Mackay, QLD 4740 office, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets for our diverse range of Used Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
* Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
* Clearly explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
* Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
* Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For
* Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not essential)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude.
* High level of customer service and professionalism.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Full, valid driver's license.
