About the Role
We're looking for a Claims Service Consultant who can apply sound judgment to complex claims and ensure compliance with current legislation.
The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making skills and be able to coach less experienced team members. A portfolio of claims from validation to finalization is expected to be managed, ensuring timely communication with clients as per requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow the AAL Claims Management Process
* Maintain knowledge of current legislation and its impact on claims management
* Make liability decisions of increasing complexity at claims lodgment and throughout the life of the claim
* Support capability development by coaching less experienced members of the team
* Manage a portfolio of claims from validation to finalization within PCA authority levels
