Clement Marine Constructions is currently seeking:
* Carpenters
* Labourers
* Machine Operators
to be involved in marine construction projects, generally in the Sydney area.
Candidate Requirements:
* Demonstrate construction experience in a broad range of applications.
* Lead by example and have a strong work ethic.
* Be a confident, hands on person who is prepared to be involved in a broad range of tasks.
* Be a team player, with the ability to work unsupervised.
* Ability to learn and apply various skill sets.
* Have strong WHS focus.
* Focus on getting the job done without sacrificing quality.
* A current construction general induction (White Card).
Beneficial Candidate Aspects:
* A valid boat licence and or boating experience.
* Experience working on piling projects or in the marine construction industry in the past.
The roles are suited to someone who is looking for an opportunity that offers them responsibility and the opportunity to progress with the company. The ideal candidate will be a hands on person who has experience around construction machinery, whilst demonstrating strong quality, safety and leadership qualities.
