Your New Role And Responsibilities
Leidos Australia is seeking a skilled Endpoint Services Administrator to join our GEOSPACES program, delivering advanced national security technology solutions in a secure, high-compliance environment. This role operates across some of the most complex, multi-vendor IT environments, working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem‐solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning, helping to optimise system performance and ensure reliable IT operations.
* Accept and resolve tickets from the Level 1 Service Desk as well as monitor and support hardware platforms deployed across multiple sites.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (desktop, server, & datacentre) incidents.
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
* Demonstrated IT experience, with a strong track record in providing advanced technical support and resolving complex technical issues.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and application‐related problems across diverse IT environments.
* Experience monitoring IT infrastructure and applications to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
* Adaptable and quick to learn, able to respond effectively to new requirements, technologies, and problem sets.
* Flexible to work within a 7:00am – 7:00pm roster, supporting end‐users and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high‐quality IT services.
* Willingness to travel within Australia to provide field support as required.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be an Australian Citizen who holds an active TSPV security clearance; accompanied by the ability to be successful for a DISA/OSA.
