Key Responsibilities
As a Chef Manager in this rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
* Planning, preparing, and overseeing the preparation of daily meals and beverages that meet individual needs, ensuring all meals are prepared in line with care plans and nutritional guidelines
* Leading a team of culinary professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards are maintained
* Developing and implementing menu planning strategies that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
* Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to catering services within the residential care sector
What You Bring
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
* Diploma of Hospitality or related field
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Health Care Competencies)
* Significant experience in a similar role in the residential care or healthcare sectors
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
