We are seeking a dynamic, creative and career focused Cook for our Kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following Chichha’s recipes and standards.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to health regulations.
* Assist in menu planning and contribute to new dish ideas.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure freshness of ingredients.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours.
* Follow food safety protocols, including proper storage and handling.
* Manage portion control and minimize food waste.
* Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues for repairs.
* Adhere to all company policies and kitchen procedures.
* Ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals during service hours..
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
* Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in dishes.
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure during busy service times.
* Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
* Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
* Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
