About the Role
This Full-Time Permanent position involves the maintenance and repair of our premium range of outdoor power equipment and small agricultural machinery in our well-equipped workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, service, and repair small engines, including those found in chainsaws, lawn mowers, brushcutters, generators, and Polaris UTVs/ATVs.
* Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and pre-delivery assembly on new equipment.
* Liaise with the Parts Department to order necessary components.
* Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
* Ensure the workshop is clean, safe, and compliant with all WHS standards.
* Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to our local farming and rural clients.
What We're Looking For
* A relevant Trade Qualification (Small Engine Mechanic or Outdoor Power Equipment Technician).
* Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing a range of 2-stroke and 4-stroke petrol engines.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including basic electrical knowledge.
* Ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a team environment.
* A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
