Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced nurse to work in a dedicated team at our care home. The role involves working night duty shifts, including every second Sunday night, with penalty rates applying.
As a nurse, you will play a vital role in meeting the daily needs of residents and delivering high-quality person-centered care. You will be responsible for the total care of residents, including their physical and emotional wellbeing and safety.
You will have autonomy to make decisions and enjoy the support of personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams. As a role model, you will promote safe practice measures in medication management and provide leadership to others.
The job requires the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues.
