Research Scientist in Graphene Thermoradiation
Monash University is seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to study ultrafast light-matter interactions in graphene metamaterials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with experienced researchers using ultrafast laser spectroscopy to understand the mechanisms of light absorption and thermalization in graphene metamaterials.
* Design and simulate graphene metamaterials for strong light-matter interactions, fabricate structures at a nanofabrication center, and measure their optical and electrical properties.
Requirements:
* PhD in Physics or Materials Engineering.
* Experience in ultrafast science and research in metamaterials design and/or fabrication is essential.
* Skills in electronic and/or optoelectronic device measurements would be highly regarded.
