Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts.

This role will play a critical part in shaping the company culture and driving growth as we scale.

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to develop position briefs and oversee the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities include working with recruitment tools, sourcing top talent, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and briefing internal stakeholders.

* Sourcing exceptional candidates for various roles across departments, with a focus on technical positions such as software engineers and product designers.
* Developing meaningful relationships with candidates by understanding their motivations and drivers, and effectively communicating the opportunity at hand.
* Managing all aspects of inbound recruitment, collaborating with the talent acquisition lead to shape and operationalize our strategy.
* Embodiment of the company's guiding values: excellence, courage, care, and play, and recognizing these values in candidates.

* Experience in technical sourcing and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication skills, leading with empathy and distilling information effectively.
* Inquisitive and mature approach to complex people interactions and individual motivations.
* Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks, with a creative problem-solving approach.

* Complete the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with colleagues.
* Develop a deep understanding of the organizational structure, priorities, and culture.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
* Work on open requisitions and familiarize yourself with internal tools, systems, and processes.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
