Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* General office administration and reception duties.
* Word processing, formatting, and document preparation.
* Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments for the team.
* Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
* Filing and maintaining document registers.
* Assisting with project programming and coordination.
* Preparing and submitting council application forms.
* Supporting the preparation of tender proposals and project documentation.
* Liaising with suppliers and consultants to gather information.
* Assisting architects with meeting preparation and follow-up.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment.
* Supporting social media content scheduling and basic updates.
Requirements:
* Passionate about administration and organisation.
* A fast and accurate typist with strong attention to detail.
* Confident working independently and taking initiative.
* Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF tools, and ideally project scheduling software.
* Comfortable managing professional social media posts.
* Eager to learn, adaptable, and team-oriented.
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
* A holder of a current driver's licence and Australian permanent residency.
