Maintenance Manager Role
A high-achieving Maintenance Manager is required to lead the engineering and maintenance function in a leading food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading maintenance teams in fast-paced environments and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
* Lead and develop a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
* Manage maintenance across all plant and utilities equipment.
* Drive reliability improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing downtime and optimising production efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a trade or degree qualification in engineering or a related discipline and a solid understanding of preventative maintenance and CMMS software. They will also be hands-on, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate closely with production and engineering teams.
This role requires a proactive approach to resolving technical issues and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
