About The Role
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities, ensuring seamless operations with finance and other stakeholders.
* Utilise SuccessFactors EC and ECP for payroll management and data integrity, adhering to legislation and Enterprise Agreements.
* Ensure accurate salaries, wages, superannuation, and deductions, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
* Collaborate with the team to drive payroll process improvements and contribute to organisational growth.
About You
* Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally with complex Enterprise Agreements.
* Deep expertise in SuccessFactors EC and ECP, with a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
* Attention to detail and data accuracy, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
