We're looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture (P&C) Manager to shape the people strategy across our manufacturing operations and Adelaide business. What You'll be Doing
Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing strategic and operational P&C support.
Support workforce planning, talent management and succession strategies.
Drive recruitment excellence to build a culture of accountability and performance.
Coach leaders through complex employment law, awards and workplace legislation.
Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, investigations and Fair Work matters with confidence.
Lead IR/EA negotiations and resolve complex workplace relations issues.
Champion organisational change, embedding company values and behaviours.
Shape and refine HR policies, procedures and frameworks.
Represent the organisation at industry forums and external events.
Lead, mentor and develop direct reports to help them grow and thrive.
About You
You are a highly skilled HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You bring deep expertise in employee and industrial relations, a strategic mindset and a passion for building strong, values-led cultures.
You thrive on building strong relationships with leaders, providing pragmatic advice and driving people strategies that deliver real business impact.
What You'll Bring
10+ years' experience in senior HR advisory or management roles, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable.
Proven success in IR/ER, including leading negotiations and resolving complex cases.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people initiatives to operational needs.
Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management and cultural transformation.
Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills – you will be a true business partner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
