We're partnering with a leading global logistics organisation seeking an experienced Projects Manager to drive key operational and customer initiatives across their Australian network. This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys delivering complex projects, improving performance, and making a real impact in a dynamic environment.
As the Projects Manager, you'll oversee multiple large-scale projects from planning through to delivery, enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, and supporting continuous improvement across sites. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end delivery of operational and customer projects
* Driving continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
* Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and risk management
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Leading, mentoring, and developing project teams
We're looking for someone who has:
* Experience managing complex or large-scale projects (ideally in logistics, supply chain, or related industries)
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related field
* A hands-on, flexible approach and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
