Join a growing business as a hands‐on Finance Manager, owning the finance function and working closely with leadership across cashflow, reporting, job costing and performance.

The Role
This position sits at the centre of the business and will suit someone who enjoys both rolling up their sleeves and influencing key decisions.
You will be responsible for:
* End-to-end ownership of the finance function
* Cashflow management, forecasting and reporting
* Budgeting and financial planning
* Month-end and year-end reporting
* BAS, GST, PAYG and compliance
* Job costing, margin analysis and cost control
* Partnering with leadership on business performance
* Oversight of payroll, accounts payable and receivable
* Driving process and system improvements
About You
* CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
* Experience with in a small to mid‐sized business environment
* Background in manufacturing, engineering, construction or project‐based industries highly regarded
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence decisions
* Hands‐on approach with a willingness to operate across all areas of finance
* Strong systems experience (MYOB, Xero or similar)
* Advanced Excel skills
