About Us

We're looking for a Senior Electrician who can lead jobs, run teams on the tools, and help train our growing group of apprentices.

About You
You're a qualified electrician with strong experience across both commercial and residential electrical work, including:
* Leading commercial projects such as fitouts, base‑build works, temporary construction wiring and switchboard upgrades
* Delivering residential electrical service work, including maintenance, repairs and fault finding
* Strong appliance repair and fault‑finding capabilities
* Excellent customer communication and the ability to manage jobs independently
* Confidence in identifying and upselling additional work
* Ability to mentor apprentices and lead project teams to a high standard

Essential Requirements
* Manual driver's licence
* Unrestricted ACT Electrical Licence
* Strong commercial and residential electrical experience
* Proven appliance fault‑finding background
* White Card
* Asbestos awareness & working with asbestos training
* Silica awareness training
* Australian citizenship (required for security‑sensitive projects)

Highly Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Applicants with any of the following will be highly regarded:
* Experience or qualifications in:
* Solar
* Air conditioning
* Electronic security
* Dry fire systems
* BMS
* Communications
* AGSVA security clearance
* Any vendor certification in electronic security
* CEC Solar Accreditation
* Cert II Split System Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Systems
* ICT networking training or certifications
