Job Opportunity


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as an Accounts Clerk. We are looking for someone to assist with various financial tasks and provide exceptional support to our team.



* Key Responsibilities:

* - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

* - Manage data entry from Point of Sale (POS) Systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

* - Assist with sales reconciliations, including cash, EFTPOS, and credit accounts.

* - Reconcile bank statements and ensure all account balances are accurate.

* - Assist with the processing of month-end journals and ensure timely completion of the month-end close-off process.



Requirements

1. A strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures;
