The Position, but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage a mixed portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle conflicts and disputes, fostering positive relationships with owners and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial activities, maintain accurate business records, and provide timely reporting.
- Plan and conduct Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other key meetings.
- Review, assess, and implement strata and community management agreements.
- Coordinate maintenance, and repairs, to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Contribute to the development and management of property and facilities contracts.
- Full support from admin
The Criteria:
- Experience managing your own portfolio
- Current relevant certifications and valid driver's license
- Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build current and maintain existing relationships
- An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
- Have excellent time management skills
