We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary water team in Adelaide. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting water infrastructure projects and contribute to shaping the future of water management in South Australia.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to take their career to the next level. You will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including water utilities and public water authorities, to provide solutions and services that meet their needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations and conveyance pipelines. You will also be involved in reviewing design requirements, site investigations, calculations, modelling, and preparing reports and specifications.

Your Ideal Skills and Expertise:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design.
* Experience working with water utilities and public water authorities is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, operational practices, and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes.
* Understanding of risk management and the ability to identify project and design-related risks.
* Experience managing small to medium engineering design projects.
* Commitment to working safely and within the company's HSEQ systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for engaging with a broad range of audiences.
* Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
