About the role
We are seeking an Insurance Admin to join our team in Yatala, Queensland on a full‑time basis. In this role you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance building services.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming insurance building enquiries and client communications.
- Prepare and process insurance allocations / claims.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain policy quotes and updates.
- Assist with preparation of insurance‑related documents such as renewal notices and invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the insurance team as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an insurance administrative or customer service role.
- Solid organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using insurance‑related software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high‑quality customer service.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Endata or similar program.
