Join BCI Minerals as a Production Planner Graduate to support production planning and process optimisation in a sustainable resource project.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting production and planning teams in developing, monitoring, and improving operational processes
* Working closely with engineers, Production Supervisors, and Production Superintendents
* Gaining exposure to process design and optimisation within the salt and potash industry
* Production scheduling and coordination to meet daily and weekly operational goals
* Data analysis and reporting to track production performance and identify improvements
* Collaborating across site operations including logistics, maintenance, and quality control
About You
* Degree in Chemical, Process, or related Engineering discipline
* At least 2 years of post-graduate work experience
* Strong interest in process optimisation, production systems, or resource projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
* Previous work experience or exposure to the mining industry through internships or university projects highly regarded
* Current unrestricted working rights for Australia
* Ability to provide a national police clearance not older than 3 months
