About this role
We are seeking an experienced Shutdown and Maintenance Superintendent to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across complex maintenance activities. This pivotal role will champion safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the planning and execution phases, driving continuous improvement in maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities
* Championing operational excellence and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive maintenance planning and execution
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Construction White Card
* Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
* Valid tickets: Working at Heights and Confined Space
* Section 26 Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
* High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) – advantageous
* Frontline Management & Cert IV in WHS – desirable
