We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor (Mobile Maintenance) to join our Kwinana team and take the next step in their career.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Maintain a safe system of work by promoting and demonstrating safe work practices for all tasks and ensuring safety compliance
* Prioritise equipment and organising personnel effectively to ensure workshop efficiency, high machine availability and reliability
* Facilitate daily work team meetings
* Provide technical guidance and coaching to mobile maintenance personnel including a willingness to use your experience to jump in and aid repairs where required
* Manage the day to day operations of the Workshop
* Assist the regional maintenance teams with technical queries, sourcing parts and arranging contract labour as required
* Assist the Maintenance Manager and Project teams with logistics and freight management
ABOUT YOU:
* Proven experience in leading a maintenance team
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Solid experience managing employee relations; leadership coaching, technical coaching, managing personnel against KPI's and company values
* Experience with field service repairs, preventative maintenance and fault diagnostics
* Ability to understand and interpret OEM manuals and schematics
* Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business
* Ability to work both autonomously when required and as part of a team
* Able to complete and pass a thorough Pre‐Employment Medical and DAS
