We are seeking a full time employee with extensive experience in pork boning and butchering.

Responsibilities:
· Familiar with working on meat/food production line
· Experience with grading and packaging to customer specifications.
· Familiar with Food Safety Standards
· Ability to maintain the cleanliness of machinery and the general working area.
· Ability to train and supervise staff
· Ability to work productively, independently or in a team environment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
· Safety and Occupational Health and Safety awareness.
·
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 commensurate with level of experience.
