About YouYou're a strategic commercial leader who thrives at the point where vision meets execution. You're energised by environments experiencing rapid growth, multiple transformation programmes, and the need for clear cross‐functional alignment. You naturally step into the "commercial glue" role — the person who ensures that Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering and Group functions move in sync toward shared outcomes. You understand what it takes to scale a SaaS business serving micro‐SMB customers across multiple regions, and you instinctively look for smarter, more efficient ways to accelerate growth. This role sits in our SBD business which is scaling rapidly across the UK, ANZ, North America and new territories. With ambitious growth plans and multiple transformation programmes underway, this role ensures that commercial strategy, systems and cross‐functional execution come together in a unified, repeatable and scalable way. It plays a critical part in accelerating growth, enhancing commercial performance, and building the enablement infrastructure that unlocks the next stage of SBD's evolution. Day‐to‐day you will:Cross‐Functional Commercial Coordination – aligning Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, Engineering and Group teams on shared priorities. Transformation & Enablement Systems – delivering sales and commercial transformation programmes across the division. Pricing & Commercial Performance – leading structural pricing strategy across the product portfolio. Business Performance – aligning OKRs across functions, driving ARR, GRR, NRR and NPS, and leading monthly forecasting, consolidation and performance reporting. Your skills and experience might include:Senior commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS, influencing across matrix environments. Deep understanding of micro‐SMB markets and subscription business models. Strong P&L ownership and proven success through pricing and commercial optimisation. Excellent communication, alignment and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate at pace while maintaining commercial discipline.
