The role: Revenue Management & Growth * Achieve sales targets as set by the business. * Monitor and track daily, weekly, monthly, and annual budgets. * Clearly communicate business performance to your team to drive accountability. * Identify and act on opportunities for sales growth Team Management: * Identify recruitment needs * Assess team performance and provide direction, training, and feedback. * Delegate tasks effectively to ensure workload is shared * Support Store Managers in conducting staff meetings and communicating company directives. Customer Service * Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. * Address customer concerns using available tools; escalate to upper management when necessary. Communication * Check and respond to communications via all platforms daily, in line with the company policy. * Maintain regular communication regarding staffing, sales, and store environments. * Attend meetings Security: * Ensure all stores follow proper security protocols * Enforce stock security measures * Train staff on inventory systems * Ensure accurate daily sales and banking per store. * Manage inventory * Stock-takes. Store Presentation * Visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines. * Team presentation aligns with brand expectations. * Uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards across all store locations Cost Compliance: Rostering, Administration & Timekeeping in Deputy.
