Responsibilities
* Collate documents for home loan applications and manage files from application to settlement with a strong eye for detail.
* Confidently communicate with an array of stakeholders: lenders, solicitors, real estate agents and, most importantly, the client.
* Be comfortable conducting calls to existing or new customers and participate in cold-calling marketing activities as needed.
* Maintain thoroughness, precision and pride in all aspects of the role.
* Adapt to and learn changes in technology and our processes.
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey terms clearly and concisely.
* Polished phone manner and a professional attitude.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage files from application to settlement.
* Experience in residential home loans, data entry and file management, or knowledge of project management software is advantageous.
