We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Helpdesk Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
* Manage and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
* Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar IT support role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
* Familiarity with ConnectWise Suite of products (preferred but not required).
